Dana Point Daydream

This Dana Point home design carries a more playful use of color, pattern, and materiality across multiple spaces, while still maintaining the warmth and character that define our work. The design extends through the kitchen, laundry room, powder bath, and a young girl’s bathroom and bedroom, creating a cohesive yet expressive overall feel.

Each space was approached with intention, balancing more vibrant elements with a grounded foundation so the home feels layered rather than overwhelming. Cabinetry, finishes, and decorative details were selected to introduce contrast and visual interest, while maintaining continuity from room to room.

Color is used thoughtfully throughout, adding personality and depth while supporting how each space is used day to day. From the kitchen to the more private areas of the home, the design reflects a broader range of the studio’s work, showing how bold choices can still feel comfortable, cohesive, and inviting.

The result is a home that feels fresh and distinctive, with character and warmth carried through every space.
